Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Memphis, Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, Cordova, Germantown, Lakeland, Midtown, and Oakland. I stay current on the market conditions in these areas, and I am also knowledgeable about the local school systems.
Personal
I grew up in Charleston, West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia State University. I relocated to Memphis in 1992, and have decided to stay and make it my permanent home.
Since being licensed and working full-time in the real estate industry from 1988 to the present time, I have earned the ABR, C-CREC, CRS, and GRI designations; I earned my broker's license in 1996; and I earned the life membership award into our Multi Million Dollar Club in 2002. I have served on many committees at our local board of realtors including three years each with the grievance committee and the professional standards committee.
My volunteer project through a local outreach program includes working with and tutoring children. My leisure activities include fitness, reading, and traveling. I also enjoy the practice of yoga. | |
