Specialization I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Memphis, Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, Cordova, Germantown, Lakeland, Midtown, and Oakland. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I am also knowledgeable about the local school system. Personal I moved to Memphis in 1992, and it was the first move for us without the children. I grew up in Charleston, West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia State University. I have been licensed and have worked full-time in the real estate industry since 1988. I have earned the ABR, C-CREC, CRS, and GRI designations, I earned my broker's license in 1996, and I earned the life membership award into our Multi Million Dollar Club in 2002. I have served on many committees at our local board of realtors including three years each with the grievance committee and the professionl standards committee.
